Question
As an unfaithful spouse I am nearly a year into recovery. I fully acknowledge that my actions and behavior were despicable to have betrayed my wife the way I did. To lie and emotionally abuse her added to how awful I had become. However, I’m wondering: when will the abusive language and name-calling from the betrayed spouse stop? I am trying to change me, to transform myself into a better man, but a better husband as well.
