Question
Sometimes they are tears of sadness, sometimes anger, sometimes hope, sometimes gratitude. I am not sure that I understand, as I have always unfortunately adopted the "Warrior mindset." You see I have been a Police Officer for over 20 years, and in the Marines prior to that. I have been a "Warrior" my whole life...and it helped kill me in addiction. Am I getting "Soft" or healthy...or both? Is it normal for me to have tears in recovery nearly every single day?
