Q&A Hurt Spouse Contacting the Affair Partner

Video Restricted to Recovery Library members. Questioin 5 months after D Day myself and AP are still contacting each other and discussing elements of the affair. I will say I want to cut off all ties to her and each time I say "this is the last time" but there always seems to be a reason for new contact. Is this normal? Is it healthy for my healing?
