brilliant clip
i am also very angry and some of the things i do are very unhealthy in trying to shove down the anger
shoving down anger
Anger is a normal part of the journey. Shoving it in seemed like a good option but it only made a bigger mess. Going for a walk helped me. So did punching a pillow! Spilling out thoughts in a journal is another option. Praying you find some healthy ways to diffuse your anger.

Rage
Lynn,
You give me hope that one day I will be as happy as you are today. I hope I've made the right choice to stay in my marriage after 28 years and rebuild. I've been dealing with anger and sadness for 3 months and I wish those raw feelings away everyday. I've learned coping techniques but they're a part of me now.
Rage
Those emotions are no joke! And totally understandable given the circumstances of your life. I think the best thing to do is FEEL them. Journalling helped me and saved the people around me from the backlash of my emotions. Praying for you
