A few months after I learned of my husband's betrayal I became very ill. I thought I should forgive him in case something happened to me or because I was so ill and weak I just did it. Now that I'm better I'm still feeling very sad and angry over what he did and for putting me though this hell. Can a person unforgive someone. Should that person be told. Etc
