Hello, I am currently enrolled for Harboring Hope and I am in week 9. This Q&A topic hit the nail on the head for me. Frequently in HH you give a betrayed men's perspective on things. Do you have any insights on this message? The scenario that has played out for me has resulted in that I enrolled into a mental health outpatient program for depression and anxiety. My feelings from betrayal fear, and hurt had become so internalized that I had gotten to a very dark place. Medication is helping, but the situation won't be changing anytime soon. Thanks in advance.
