Question What role and effect do antidepressants play in infidelity? My wife has shown little emotion in our recovery. She is currently reducing her Paxil from 40mg to 20 mg. She has been on antidepressants most of her life for depression and anxiety. I do not think it caused the infidelity but may help explain some of her actions before, during and after the affair.
