I have chosen to love him whether the feelings are there or not, but I would really like the feelings to come. We are farther along in our recovery from his multiple betrayals (affairs, porn, wanting a divorce and moving out for a time without telling me). Since then he has and is doing a lot of work on himself as well as us. He is now very loving and attentive and willing to do whatever it takes to bring full restoration to our marriage. I have done a lot of work as well and feel pretty healthy (though it's always a work in progress), but I feel so disconnected romantically towards him. I don't know how to feel in love again and am starting to get a little scared over my lack of emotion towards him except as a friend. I want to feel in love and attracted to him. I desire to be emotionally connected beyond friendship, but I don't know how to make that happen.
