Question
I was in a physical affair with a co-worker for 5 years. I broke off the physical part of the relationship 3 years because of my guilt. However, we still remained close emotionally; having lunch together, and enjoying each others company. She recently start seeing someone else at work. I am heart broken. I didn't realize I was so attached to her. I now think about her all the time. I told my wife about 3 months ago. I want to keep my job, but I don't know if I can take it.
