I was wondering if you could talk a little more about the time line. I'm 12 months from when my husband's affair happened and we have done EMSO we are doing really well for the most part but we have had a lot of ups and downs, more ups over the past few months. In your video's you talk about at 10 months things starting to get hard, and around 15-18 months things being to get better. Would you mind going over the timeline again as I seem to be following along that in recovery. Thank you so very much.
