I am constantly doing things to improve myself and make sure this doesn’t happen again. I’m the wayward spouse and know I have hurt him in indescribable ways. We are only 4 months past d-day and I’m not expecting anything in regards to him being healed over night. He has officially convinced himself that I am lying and have been talking to my affair partner from May 22- October 22 which is the time span of d-day 1 to the final d-day 5 in October. I know I have brought this on myself with all of my lying but I can’t prove something that didn’t happen, he is convinced I deleted all the evidence since I did delete almost everything after discovery 1. If I deleted everything, then that also matches the proof that I haven’t been in communication with my affair partner, because I haven’t been. He has access to all my accounts. I deleted all social media and showed him the deleted emails. He won’t see my therapist and I’m just feeling hopeless. How can I convince him that I haven’t been talking to him?Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: For the Unfaithful SpouseQ&A Recovery LibraryRebuilding TrustRecovery FundamentalsRL_Media Type: Video
