Question:

I now struggle with being in public. My husband’s objectification of women was plain and obvious after giving it up and after seeing him openly lust after young women it shook me. He is getting better but still defensive and angry when I need reassurance when out. What should I do? Do I keep it to myself when I get triggered? It feels like a panic attack is coming on when it hits. Or do we just not go out together for some time? This seems to be getting worse for me rather than better.
