Question
My husband and I have been married 22 years. I found out by reading his texts that he was having an emotional affair with his secretary. Just the two of them worked together in one office for five years. I responded that night by texting and calling her. My husband went the next morning to report what was going on to his regional leader. Then the HR department got involved and believed her side of the story (lies) that she was “harassed” and my husband was fired. She was not. He had worked there for over 20 years. I feel a lot of bitterness towards her and also the company. My husband and I went to EMS Weekend and we both are continuing to work things out. Do you think confronting her about her lies, and/or suing the company would be helpful in our healing? Or should we just let it go?
