Question

I am the unfaithful wife, 2 months from d-day and 1 month from going no contact. I am starting to experience something new as I am coming out of affair fog; a large amount of anger toward my affair partner as I replay the things he said and did during our 7 month emotional and sexual affair and see his faults. I have started writing an “anger letter” to him in my journal that I will never send. Is this a healthy way to process my anger and “poison the fantasy” or is it giving him too much space in my mind, masking another primary emotion and/or taking the emphasis off my own accountability for my choices?
