My husband had a very entangled emotional and physical affair for 2.5 years. Since D-Day 6 months ago we have made a lot of progress in rebuilding our marriage and are a lot closer than before, but I am still very hurt by his lack of desire for me. We have resumed intimate relations, but usually initiated by me. He often says he is tired just as we go to bed. He seems to lack enthusiasm for anything except the most basic of circumstances. This is in contrast to his regular and frequent trysts with his affair partner in all sorts of places, times and situations. I feel very bitter, hurt and rejected. He gets angry and defensive whenever I try to talk about this. How can I understand this and what can I do?
