My husband and I had a conversation about porn. I believe it enables him to look at woman as just sex objects and hinders his recovery and I’ve also expressed that it hurts me for him to watch it. Later, I found out he was still watching porn behind my back and his reason was that he likes watching and it is entertainment for him. He seems to be making progress in his recovery work, but here he is doing something that I’ve said hurts me and he is hiding it from me. He has little empathy and working on that is part of his recovery work. He said he would stop watching porn, but liking it is part of who he is. I do not know how to approach this. Is there anything I can do?
