I am the betrayed wife. My husband was into multiple relationships in past and is a sex addict too. We are seeking help as well as participating in EMS Online. My husband is trying hard to change his ways, is sincere, and doing everything. But he needs sex on daily basis almost like a compulsion. It’s a quick act without much feeling as if he just wants to relieve himself almost like peeing. He is not willing to observe a sobriety period. We tried sobriety for a few days during which he becomes upset, very negative, and feels unloved. He doesn't know non sexual touch either. He touches only sexually at night during sex and says he can express love and receive love mainly sexually. I don't know if this is ok or not. I feel it becomes very mechanical.. though I can participate well too.
