I am 1 year out from the first disclosure and 7 months from the last and final one. We are enrolled in the EMSO and currently on week 5. We have been improving everyday since starting and getting some good recovery. This week my wife and I had STD tests and she discovered she has HPV and is devastated. This is obviously from me and I contracted it from 1 or both of my 2 AP's. How do we continue to move forward and not allow it to destroy our current progress? How can I make my wife feel better about a terrible thing? Also we are trying to figure out if it is necessary for me to contact these AP's, whom I haven't talked to for over 2 years, to let them know. They are both from different countries and it would take me creating a Facebook account for the sole purpose of contacting them. I am scared that this could potentially lead to more contact from them and possible disruption to our current progress but I want to do the right thing. Again not sure if the first or the second gave this to me but I could have given it to the second unknowingly. I wanted to see if it was the right thing to do or should I leave it with God and continue to dedicate my focus on my wife and family moving forward. Thanks for any help you could provide.
