Question

Our d-day was roughly 10 months ago. My wife stayed in contact with her affair partner for roughly a month afterwards and at one point told him she loved him after d-day. I don’t believe they have been in contact at all the last 9 months. She says she doesn’t remember their last conversation and I don’t get the sense there was any finality at the end. They seem to have just stopped talking. I personally don’t feel like I as the betrayed have any closure and there is this guy out there is just waiting around hoping my spouse can be single again someday. What can I do, as the betrayed, to try and get closure?
