Question
When I was discovered, I tried to hide all the details and things about my infidelity or at least minimised some of it. I only gave my wife bits and pieces of the information at a time in a span of almost 1.5 years assuring her it was full disclosure every time. I was really thinking that too much information wouldn’t help her heal because of intrusive thoughts. We are taking EMS Online now, so on week 2 I need to tell her all the details which I did. But now she won't believe me that "that's all".
