Question

I was the unfaithful spouse and my partner is struggling with intrusive and negative thoughts - which don’t seem to be improving as we go into Week 12 of EMS Online, although we have been improving in other areas such as sharing more normal moments. Discovery was in November of 2025 - the affair finished in 2006. What sort of care would you recommend as I feel we need more support? He is very articulate, and is so kind and respectful, but just hurting still so much. We were doing 1 minute hugs for the last 3-4 weeks but he’s just confessed this is quite painful for him.
