Question

We were 11 months out from D-Day and I am the wayward spouse. We have been to EMS weekend and I have completed HFH. Why do I feel so attacked when my wife brings up my past infidelity? I am sure I have pride and shame. But what can I do to not flood if she wants to review my failures for more than ten minutes? This happens at least once a day. I have an overwhelming desire to freeze and then to flee.
