We have only been intimate one time since the last D-Day. I am willing to reconnect but he is not comfortable and I don’t understand why. In the beginning he said it was shame and guilt that kept him from wanting to be intimate. He claims he still has desire for me but doesn’t know what’s wrong. This hurts me very badly because I need the connection to help me heal. My love language is physical touch. We seem to need opposite things at the moment. It would help if he opened up to me or was actively seeking help, but we are just sitting in this place of the unknown and it is hindering my recovery completely. Where can we turn for help?
