For our entire relationship my husband has been pimping tenderness. This being a new word for both of us. I just called him my social butterfly and he thought he was just charming. Until his charming got him into an affair. During our relationship I would ask him to talk with me but he would say your not interested. He was right I didn’t need him to flirt with me I wanted more. But he wasn’t interested. If my husband needed a constant mirror why wouldn’t he look to me for that connection when I’m saying I want to engage? Why was it so easy for him to be so nice and complimentary to everyone that wasn’t his wife?
