My husband has been involved in a two year affair, has ended it several times and every time has relapsed and started the affair again. He reads all the articles about how to end an affair, does all the right things at the start - but he just finds it too hard not to contact his AP or to respond to her if she contacts him. He doesn't want our marriage to end, and he knows if he went to live with her then his escape into this fantasy world would be over. But after two years I am beginning to wonder if I can go on living like this - waiting for his next relapse. If I discover again that the affair is still going do I need to be strong and make him move out? Has it just gone on too long and will he never walk away from her for good?
