We are in week four of the EMS online class.
Will the class eventually help my husband develop the ability for self-reflection deep enough to understand what part of him made it okay to cheat -- twice? I don't believe being sorry for the pain he's caused me will be enough to keep him from re-offending if he doesn't learn to communicate on a deeper level. He's very good at tightly controlling his emotions and hiding his true feelings.
