As the betrayed, I have so many DDays, that every day can sometimes send me reeling once again because of reminders.
My HH group of strong women has kept me moving forward in this incredibly difficult journey going through SA/infidelity when I have chosen to stay with my UH. Do I stay or do I go? There are certainly moments where I don’t believe that I will ever find safety once again.
Choosing to be vulnerable again is monumental for me going forward.
I’m in the desert now. I can see what? Is it a mirage? Trusting that the oasis is really something that I can see in the distance seems so far away. None of us asked for this journey.
Thank you for giving us insight into what we are feeling and ways we can soothe ourselves and find the strength to heal ourselves.
