Question
After it was discovered that I was having a long-term emotional and physical affair, I went into damage control mode. I felt horrible for what I had done to my wife. I hated seeing her this way and worked hard at helping her while also helping myself understand what happened. I cut it off cold turkey with my AP but did wonder where she was and how she was doing. But I kept my nose to the grindstone and kept working on healing. But now after several months, I’m finding myself thinking about the AP more and more and even questioning if I want to be with my wife. Is this normal? Do I need time to mourn? Help!
