Question

I have a 27 year marriage with a spouse who is a controller/perfectionist and does not realize it, I am struggling with this week 6 Empathy, no issue putting the list together, my problem is having real feelings that need to be displayed for my wife's healing, which at this time I am not capable of showing. I feel like a terrible person, but I know I can show Empathy for other people, so I know that I am capable. Please advice, even though your response will be too late, since I have meeting next Monday, before you may respond next Wednesday. Hopefully, your response can help others that may be in a similar situation.
