We are 6 months from D-Day. A couple days after, my husband received a text from the affair partner and I responded for her to stop all contact as if I was my husband. My husband has been doing everything right to make me feel safe and said that he tries not to think about the AP but feels he needs closure since he found out sent that text. He wants to do a burn letter-read in front of her and then discard of it so she knows they are ok. Would that be ok? He's not sure who to talk to about what's he's going through... Like he lost a good friend. I'm struggling with that and feel like taking a break. Any advice?
