Question
My husband's infidelity had caused us at least $100K. He spent it on his affair partner. I have a complete list of the transactions and withdrawals. Two of them is for $15K that said LOANS. I have the copy of the checks. I am very tempted to hire a collection agency to get the payments from the affair partner. Should I pursue this or should I just consider this a loss?
