I have participated in EMS Online and I am currently in a 12-step program, individual and couples counseling, and Hope For Healing. I'm leading a much healthier life all around and have lost nearly 30 pounds since discovery and getting sober, but I'm still triggered by looking at my body in the mirror. My husband appreciates that he has a better version of me than my affair partners did, but I still find it difficult to separate the old and new me. I'm disgusted by what I've done with my body and it's not something I can just get rid of.
