We did your EMS online course within a year or two of discovery about eight or nine yrs ago and it has helped more than all the counselors put together. I did HH twice and my husband did the program for the betrayer (I am the hurt spouse). We continued to be stuck and partly because he is a sex addict (ADD on top of that and finally taking meds again) and has been dealing with that issue and coming out of his denial for some time( he attends SAA groups). We FINALLY came to your EMS weekend recently (I wanted it since way back when but my husband put more worth in money than us). The EMS weekend was extremely good. I was so excited to come but once there I had anxiety more than I have in a long time. Now back home and working the Beyond EMS, I feel I am regressing and going back to a lot of the same feelings, pains etc that I experienced almost 10 yrs ago. What is happening to me and what do I need to do to help myself as I don't expect my husband to help any or I will be let down again as he continues to struggle himself. When things happen my body is actually reacting with symptoms and I want to get better.
