I am the unfaithful spouse. I had an Emotional affair that lasted about a year. All of the disclosure was done by my wife looking into my phone and I-pad, it's not that I didn't want to tell her what happened it is that I could not remember most of the stuff, not sure why. I need your help in getting back into the recovery process. I felt as if everything was going really good so I did not want to rock the boat but I guess things were not going as good as I thought they were. We had a little bit of a melt down last night and my wife told me that we have not been communicating again like we did before the days of discovery. I love my wife and family and really want to work on getting through this with her. We are starting to watch your videos again but we are just starting. Please help me help may wife and I get through this.
