Q&A Addiction and Limerance

Question

My husband shared with me that the sex he had with the AP was not fullfulling emotionally but yet he was so emotionally addicted with her. I have a hard time believing that since they were having sex weekly and he was having sex with me at least 2-3 times a week, that it was not enjoyable for him. Do you hear this often from other men?
